Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the online coaching services provided by Niru Wijayasundara, trading as NIRU, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. By submitting a coaching application or entering into a coaching agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Services

NIRU provides personalised online fitness coaching services, which may include:

• A customised training program tailored to your goal and lifestyle
• Guidance on nutrition and weight management
• Ongoing support via WhatsApp or agreed messaging platform
• Regular check-ins and program adjustments

The specific scope of services will be agreed between Niru and the client prior to commencement. Services are delivered remotely and online.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the start of each coaching month before the program commences
• Payment methods will be confirmed directly with Niru (bank transfer or agreed method)
• Coaching will not begin or continue until payment is received and confirmed
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to existing clients
• All fees are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cancellation Policy

• Either party may cancel the coaching arrangement with 14 days written notice via email to niru.fit@hotmail.com
• Notice must be given before the start of a new billing month to avoid being charged for that month
• Coaching access continues until the end of the paid period, regardless of cancellation notice
• NIRU reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately if a client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner, with a pro-rata refund of any unused days

Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued once a coaching month has commenced and the program has been delivered
• If you experience a genuine emergency or medical situation within the first 7 days of a new month, please contact Niru directly — exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds will not be issued for lack of motivation, time, or failure to follow the program

Medical Disclaimer

NIRU coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Niru Wijayasundara is a fitness coach in training and does not hold a medical licence.

• You confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in an exercise program
• If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you must consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any coaching program
• NIRU accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or health issue arising from participation in the coaching program

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on factors including but not limited to starting point, consistency, adherence to the program, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, and genetics. Any results mentioned on this website or social media channels are individual experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

NIRU makes no promises or guarantees about specific physical outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, fitness history, and goals
• Follow the program as designed, or communicate promptly if adjustments are needed
• Attend check-ins and respond to messages in a timely manner
• Notify Niru immediately of any injury, illness, or change in medical status

Intellectual Property

All training programs, meal guides, written content, and materials provided to you as part of the coaching service are the intellectual property of NIRU. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell any coaching materials to third parties
• Reproduce or publish program content on any platform without written permission

Materials are provided for your personal use only.

Communication

Niru aims to respond to all client messages within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). Response times may be longer during public holidays or periods of leave, which will be communicated in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
